Nuvio services are offered to qualified research organizations for legitimate laboratory research and analytical applications only. We do not accept projects intended for human or veterinary administration, clinical treatment, or consumer therapeutic use. Research-use-only labeling alone does not establish a regulatory exemption or determine a material's legal status.
Submitting a quotation request does not guarantee project acceptance. All materials and projects are subject to technical, customer eligibility, intended-use and regulatory review. Quotes disclose any method development or additional fees, and are valid only for the period and scope stated in the quote.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your materials, methods and intended use, to supply applicable safety documentation, and to ensure that you have the legal right to send materials to Nuvio for processing and to comply with all laws applicable to those materials.
