What we process, how incoming materials are reviewed, and the standards we follow.
Nuvio provides contract lyophilization, materials stabilization, precision vial filling, analytical testing, and related process development for customer-supplied materials.
Lyophilization is a controlled moisture-removal process used to improve the stability and storage characteristics of compatible materials. Processing is performed under documented procedures, with batch records and process monitoring, and is limited to our approved equipment and capabilities.
Before accepting a project, we review the material's identity, composition, intended use, and applicable handling requirements.
Customers must provide appropriate material identification, safety documentation (including a safety data sheet where applicable), and intended-use information. Research-only projects require a signed research-use declaration.
Each incoming shipment is checked against the approved project scope and documented upon receipt. Material acceptance is subject to Nuvio's technical, safety, and regulatory review.
Nuvio does not accept infectious clinical specimens, viable pathogens, regulated biological agents, radioactive materials, or materials requiring containment or handling beyond our facility's approved capabilities.
We do not accept projects intended for human or veterinary administration, clinical treatment, or therapeutic use.
Materials that do not meet our acceptance criteria will be declined or returned in accordance with our material handling policies.
Nuvio accepts materials only when the proposed processing activities are compatible with applicable regulatory requirements, facility authorizations, and safety controls.
Materials requiring additional licensing, permits, or specialized handling are considered only when the necessary approvals are in place. Research-use labeling does not, by itself, determine a material's regulatory status.
